Ein ganz großes Lob an das komplette Team. Wir haben über Canary Life Real Estate unseren Traum im Süden von Gran Canaria gefunden. Die Beratung, Betreuung und die damit verbundene Abwicklung waren sehr professionell und reibungslos. Es ist sehr angenehmen bei einen Grundstücksgeschäft einen verlässlichen Partner an der Seite zu wissen. Das die einzelnen Angelstellten Multi-Lingual sind hilft enorm bei den Vertragsgestaltungen.

Roberta was the best, our property sale was agreed within 2 months of putting the property on the market she guided us through the selling process from the very beginning until we had the cheque in our hands, nothing was too much, all queries dealt with quickly and she even went to Las Palmas when we needed some paperwork. I contacted Canary Life for an Investment in the south of Grancanaria and I have been really positive impressed by the agency.
The employee are international which makes it really easy to comunicate (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Norwegian etc). This is also a huge help because each of them can explain you better the differences between Spain and your own country in terms of law, procedures, taxes and all the other asopects related to real estate Investments.
I contacted via Internet from Germany and he fixed me the visits before my arrival, based on my searching parameters, so that I saved a lot of time.
I visited then the apartments  and they explained me really accurately everything I should have known about every single apartment. Furthermore she gave me a global overview concerning the aspects to consider when you invest and supported me a lot with numbers, banks, renovation companies to match my budget possibilities with the local market. I would definitely recommend Canary Life for his professionality, seriousness and friendly service.
